Yes! All Note to Self products are vegan.

Yup! Not only do we not test on animals, none of our ingredients have been tested on animals. We feel very passionate about this, and will never sell into countries that require animal testing.

Yes! Our Signature Body Treat Duo jars are recycable. We encourage our customers to repurpose their Note to Self jars however they can.

Our products doesn’t contain any nasty ingredients. If you’re worried, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the product on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of safe skincare, especially during pregnancy. Our skincare is formulated with careful consideration for mummas to be. We've worked closely with experts to ensure that our products are free from ingredients that are typically recommended to avoid during pregnancy. You can feel confident knowing that each product is designed to provide effective skincare while prioritising safety for both you and your bub.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for any orders over $60.

We charge a $22 flat rate for international shipping.

If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship out your order the same day. However, many orders with standard shipping will be shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase.

The below indicates delivery transit time-frames our couriers have indicated.

Australia

Standard orders: 2 - 6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.

Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for deliver.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and all International orders will be shipped via DHL express.

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us asap at hello@notetoselfskin.co We’ll try to catch it before it ships. 

Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds products that have been opened from their original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@notetoselfskin.co to set up an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged (due to shipping) or defective, you must send the original product back to Note to Self - the customer will be responsible for cost to ship the product back to us (we recommend providing a tracking code). Once we receive the defective product, we will exchange it for a new one, postage paid. If you would like to receive a refund for unopened/undamaged goods, you must first ship the product back to Note to Self.
