Shipping policy

If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship out your order the same day. However, many orders with standard shipping will be shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase.

The below indicates delivery transit time-frames our couriers have indicated.

Australia

Standard orders: 2 - 6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.

Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for deliver.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and all International orders will be shipped via DHL express.

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We are working on opening shipping to more countries as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we grow our brand :)
